The Special Education and Counseling center “SPECIAL EDUCATION”- Speech Therapy Thessaloniki – of the special educator Avgerinos Despina (Speech Therapist Thessaloniki), is located in Evosmos Thes/kis. In a warm and welcoming space, specially designed to exude the homely warmth and intimacy of the children’s room, the Special Educator Despina Augerinos and her experienced colleagues, provide high quality learning services that include: ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL STUDY AND FREE TIME, SOCIAL SKILLS, ENHANCING MEMORY, IMPROVING CONCENTRATION OF ATTENTION, IMPROVING BEHAVIOR, LEARNING DIFFICULTIES, DYSSGRAPHY, MISSPELLING, MISNUMERATION etc. They also provide counseling services for the whole family – Family Counseling, Dealing with School Bullying, Speech Therapy – Occupational Therapy, Creative Employment as well as Child Psychiatric Assessment, always in collaboration with the relevant specialists: psychologists, child psychiatrists, occupational therapists, etc. In the specially designed area of our center for each service provided, there is a speech therapy area, an event hall, a relaxation corner, a learning corner, a counseling area and a psychomotor game corner.

Services are provided in individual and group programs.
